How it is billed
Everything is bought through Apple, inside the app. Both purchases restore on any device signed in to the same Apple Account. Report is a one-time payment and stays yours. Unlimited renews yearly until you cancel it, which you do from your Apple Account settings rather than from us.
Refunds
Apple handles every refund — use reportaproblem.apple.com. Cancelling Unlimited stops the next renewal; it does not refund the year you are in.
